"We are disappointed with our stay. Only the one in reception when we arrived who welcome us so warm and friendly. Then most of the cleaners in the 4rt floor are friendly too. The rest of your team specially in the lobby are so unfriendly. They made us feel uncomfortable. When we passed by they don’t even greet us. And to think your hotel is not cheap. "Very clean and comfortable apartment but there is a construction site and even though we were on 17th floor it was very very noisy all day and night, we couldn't sleep both nights because of the noise. Hotel didn't do anything to move us to another room. Breakfast very good, broad selection of different food."
