"The property and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Easily this is the best property I have ever stayed at and the customer service is the beat I've ever experienced. My children loved the property and our room. We stayed in the Coral Suite Twin room which was massive. It came with Japanese pajamas, and keepsake flip flops and tote bag. This hotel was truly something special."

Throughout the entire stay day and night, the loudest sound was from the birds and small animals making sounds in the surrounding jungle, it was a very peaceful environment to get away from some of the busier areas including some of the busier beach resorts.
