"Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect, with beautiful river views and within walking distance to the mall. The gym is well-equipped and spacious, with machines in great condition. The pool and sauna were also fantastic. YumCha in the Wan Li (hotel resturant) was great. Pricer but views and food was worth it . Minor cons - lobby is on the 29th floor so two sets of elevators to get in and out of hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Decent enough hotel. Check in experience was not good - they couldn’t locate my paid booking through this website. Condition is fine though certain corners of the room show wear and tear. "

"They wouldn't let me put a sun lounger in the sun, which was very disappointing and ruined my stay. Staff had mean face. I had a good hair cut though. "

"Nice decoration, some weak points are walls not very good, you can hear room next door person speaking and this at 1.30am is not good, breakfast is very poor. They charged me at check-out, not with hotels.com. Staff is very helpful"
