"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. "Lovely relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything done to a very high end property. It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."
