"There was a huge rat in the apartment. The first night we found our fruits eaten by something. We brought to the front desk attention but they denied it being from rats. The second night, we found the rat in the bathroom late at night. They move our family to a higher ground but never apologised or did anything to address the hassle of throwing away all the toiletries and clothing items that had been touched by the rat."

"The location was 10/10 for views, access to the local town and it was relatively quiet. The apartment space and comfort was good and the beds were comfy. Outside space was excellent. One downside was the lack of kitchen utensils and a welcome pack of washing up liquid and a dishcloth/scourer would have been brilliant. "Excellent staff and very good amenities. The pool and the restaurant are great. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils). Apart from that, excellent aparthotel and, although it has been mentioned before, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"A great location, and loved the room with the extra terrace space. The pool area was great and the food at the bar area was always delicious. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. We also had a major delay on our flight, and when we arrived they let us go straight to our rooms to rest and let us come back later for all the other formalities. "A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. "
