The location was super convenient, so close to the main shopping district and a 5 minute walk from the trams and buses, or a 20 minute walk to Sakurajima or the train station. The room was comfortable and the hotel offered a lot of amenities, such as extra pillows, a microwave, laundry service, a 'help yourself' style bar for toiletries and teas. "Room is small as expected but not laid out well. No under bed storage is a serious deficiency so the only place to lay an open suitcase is in front of the door. Which means moving so I can jump over it to leave the room and moving it back when I want to get into the bathroom. Only a small bench is provided so there really isn't anywhere comfortable to sit, had to try to make do by propping pillows up on the bed. "スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。朝食もご当地グルメが豊富。ただトイレの異臭とトイレ周りの黄ばみが残念でした。消臭カートリッジが古いのか配管のせいか、家族が泊まっていた別の部屋からも臭ったそうです。 駅から数分で便利な所にあります。天文館通には路面電車でお安く移動できます。タクシーで1600円でした。"
