They welcomed us late at night with a pack and play set up for our baby and called us in the morning to remind us of breakfast before check out to find a prepared table with a high chair ready for our son. "This stay was to be the highlight of our Italian vacation. The breakfast was made to order and delicious, the rooms were large and there were 2 pools. The day spa with thr heated pool was divine. There were some areas that were disappointing. Firstly the beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress was too firm and felt quite thin. The rooftop pool was allegedly "heated" but it was consistently freezing. I chose this hotel for the pool and proximity to the beach, however the pools were too cold....

"it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy."
