"A lovely hotel that was tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy and the hotel put us right next to our friends we were travelling with. The pool was very nice and it was a bonus that the sauna and steam room were free. The Intersport ski hire was just at the side of the hotel so a very easy experience. "Amazing hotel right by the slopes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is fabulous with a great menu that is executed well. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is perfect for post-ski relaxation. The only feedback I would give is that service on the terrace and bar could’ve been a little more frequent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family coming to the area."

"After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. "I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again."

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"
