"This hotel is amazing would highly recommend this to anyone going to val thoren ! The staff were brilliant and nothing was an issue - they sorted ski hire ,ski passes and even when our transfer cancelled on our return they sorted us a different one at 5am just outstanding service . We ate in the Italian every night and the girls in the restaurant were just the best . Tbh I could rave on and on about this hotel and cannot wait to get back next year "

"Fabulous location with direct access to Plattieres, Pas du Lac and Combes ski lifts. Staff all amazing. And don’t miss the walk around the lake Tueda and forests - literally 5 minute walk from the hotel."

"This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey."

"The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm. "

"Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. Ski in and out is great, just make sure not to be like me and miss the last ski lift 😄 then it becomes an uphill walk to get to the hotel. The best part of this property - staff. Everyone is smiling, welcoming, willing to help, even if they are overwhelmed by many requests from different guests at the same time. I’d want to come back and stay there again. "

"Clean, new, but busy bed and breakfast accommodation. Quiet, rooms cleaned every day, spacious. Pool and sauna very good, but also busy. "

"Property suited our needs well. Short walk to the piest but could almost ski back to the boot room. A little tired in places and knives, peelers could be sharper. Beds comfortable but pillows and duvet could do with a clean. Sheets fine tho. Basic big lockers in boot room so took boots into room to dry. Pool and sauna great. Supermarket ~5min walk. Ski hire on site."
