"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"“Mixed” experience - definitely a beautiful location and an amazing breakfast to kick off the day. That said, we were more than disappointed with the service (evenings) which made us leave with “mixed” feelings. I would love to recommend this place but we did not feel “welcome”. Additionally, portions are rather small (we ordered two dishes each) and the quality of the food is only mediocre."

"Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Zimmer wunderbar renoviert (ich liebe die Seife und das Relax Duschgel), die Hotelbar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und alle waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt!...

Vi havde bestilt bjergudsigt, det fik vi også, men foran var parkeringspladsen. Vi havde bla. valgt hotellet da de havde el ladestandere. Da vi ankom kunne de ikke sige om de virkede. Efter flere forsøg og forespørgelser viser det sig, at de 4 standere ikke virkede. Der var kun få andre muligheder i byen. Personalet i receptionen var ikke...
