"In der Ankündigung war von Kaffee und Obst in der Gemeinschaftsküche die Rede... Nichts von allem war vorhanden. Eine Toilette war kaputt, dadurch nur ein komplettes Bad für das gesamte Haus (ca. 20 Personen). Haus ist auf dem Berg gelegen - für Radfahrer schwierig. Alles in allem sehr einfach und anonym. "

Breakfast, which we paid for, was not served until 800 am, and we had to leave for the airport at 700 am, so received no breakfast. Not even coffee was available at 700 am, as far as we could tell. No gasthaus staff were present when we checked in at 600 pm or when we left at 700 am, and the restaurant was not operating. "

"The location is quite remote, meaning it’s easy to get by car and a bit more complicated by train. But that’s what I wanted. The rooms are excellent. New and smell fresh wood. Mine had a little kitchen with all the cups, plates and forks. Breakfast - traditional German, no problems. Good coffee and fresh eggs. Very quite. Maybe the only disadvantage is that it’s hard to reserve it and price is a bit high, but it’s so worth it. "

"Toll designtes Hotel, leider ohne eigenes Frühstück. To go Kaffee im empfohlenen Lokal im gleichen Gebäude war an dem Tag nicht möglich. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."
