"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every need was catered for. Collection from the airport, air conditioned Mercedes, great knowledgeable driver. 30 minute drive went quick. Late arrival, staff were waiting for our arrival, luggage taken to room, checked in with a glass of fizz. "Bel hôtel, dans un beau site. Personnel essentiellement composé de saisonnier et donc loin d’un standard de 5 étoiles. A plus de 700€/ nuit on attend un vrai service. La climatisation était défectueuse avec 38degres La restaurant et room service très limités. Beau spa en revanche avec de bien nés soins. "

"The hotel is very quiet, and the reception staff is very friendly. The food was great with a lot of options; however, the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to understand English very well. The dining closing time is too early (9 PM). Sometimes it was a bit difficult to find a sunshade by the pool. The room toilet could benefit from a renovation."
