While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. "Loved this hotel. Everything is top notch. The hotel restaurant is not great, but the view is great. Also, late at night, I faintly heard the rumble of the metro. But I’m very sensitive to noise. The hotel positioning isn’t the best, but the hotel service makes it a worthwhile stay."

"Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
