"This is an outstanding hotel in a great location. The staff are highly professional and it lacks no amenities. The room is clean and comfortable. The rooftop bat and sun deck provide expansive views of central Lisbon. It is literally across the street from a metro stop. One can easily walk to the key central sites of interest. We will most assuredly stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here due a cancelled flight. Initially rang the hotel shortly after making the booking and the night receptionist wasn’t initially very helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel decor quite dated. "
