The staff is 5 stars right off the bat, the lovely receptionist walked us around the property showing us all the amenities. Including the spa which we used and had an incredible massage at. Our room was a studio with a great view of the River. The area was perfect as well walking distance from some great stores and resturants. "

"This property is absolutely beautiful! It was a palace back in the day, and you can see elements of that throughout the hotel, especially the dining room, which is stunning! You feel quite royal dining there. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely accommodating.
