"This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. "Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost."
