"The venue is my go to hotel for a relaxing stay with view of the sea. location is great, staff is very friendly. rooms are usually also very nice and the ac is working well. this year i was a bit unlucky since my room had only one electrical outlet and the interior design of the room was a bit strange…. I mean if i have a sea view room, why is the couch in a dark corner with no window? I had to move furniture around to make it work. But everything else was great. i would definitely come back!"

"Beautiful boutique 5* experience - a beautiful hotel. Amazing outdoor rooftop pool which allows time for ladies and children, and we were able to swim as a family also. Great little gym. Surrounded by lots of cafes and eateries which are all lovely. "

"the overall service is good, except for the check-in, it was terrible. I made a special request for high floor room several weeks before my arrival through Hotels.com. Upon arrival however, the employee allocated a room in the lowest floor he could find (2nd), and had no interest what so ever to find a room which matches my request although, from my observation, the hotel is more than half empty and such rooms are available .. Never again in this hotel if I can find an alternative. "

"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"
