"I felt like a rock star. I was greeted and instead of checking in at reception I was taken to my room and it was done there. I was welcomed by a plate of chocolates. With my Unity card, I had a choice of freebies. I chose a welcome drink and got a bucket of FOUR beers. Woo hoo. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommend "

Local staff was not helpful in trying to get me a inexpensive taxi and kept pushing me to use their expense hotel taxi . They need to do a better job in getting local taxi to the guest . "

I would recommend this hotel as a 5* as it met all our needs. We had a much needed break and were so pleased with how well the staff are trained to give a hospitable service.
