Our room was super comfortable, especially the nice big, firm bed. If you require an American King, this bed will not disappoint! "Beautiful place to stay. The reason for the 4 star rating is the fact there are no outlets to charge a laptop or cellphone. I found on the floor a good distance from a table or bed. This really surprised me because we live in a modern error where people use laptops and cellphones when traveling. Hotel needs to inform guests of this prior to booking. Also, the rooms are very new and modern, a complete contrast to the palace."
