"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. The smaller items we would expect weren’t provided such as mirrors in bedroom, or dishcloths in...

We enjoyed the pool and the pool table and the location to Faro and surrounding area was easy to access. The road leading to the villa is very narrow so a smaller vehicle is recommended. "Miriam’s home couldn’t be more beautiful. Had everything you could want and more. Only drawback is that it is a bit of a drive to many of the Algarve towns and Altura, while charming and cute, did not offer much to do. This is not a complaint, just something to consider if you are looking for more liveliness. Mirian was wonderful and very accommodating. Truly loved this property and would gladly go back if the opportunity presented itself. Highly recommended!"
