Dining was an absolute delight. Each restaurant delivered outstanding cuisine and flawless service, but the pinnacle was a magical beachside dinner for my wife’s 50th birthday. The setting was breathtaking, with waves as the perfect backdrop, and our personal server ensured every detail was exceptional. The Verandah Bar added to the experience, with attentive, engaging staff crafting expertly made drinks in a sophisticated setting. The reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with grace. The chauffeur service provided a seamless, elegant journey, adding to the resort’s refinement. "It fits the theme of luxurious and vintage well. We like the kampung island vibes and luxury in one place. Service was prompt. As expected of resorts, facilities are abundant and catered to kids too. We were able to enjoy the facilities without the crowd in most instances. We were granted a free room upgrade from garden to lakefront and are quite happy with it. For those seeking privacy, only the lakefront provides a high level of privacy as the rest has balconies that at some point in time will allow passers by to peek in due to where they face. "

"We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. "

"We stayed at the Park Royal for 4 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed the staff were fantastic. They really could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded in our room which was great. We generally had breakfast at the hotel and the range of different foods to choose from was incredible. We had a couple of meals in the evening during our stay and they were equally as good, particularly the Beach BBQ which was superb. Although all the staff were superb, special mention to Fan at the infinity pool on floor 5 and to our lovely cleaning lady, Liza who did a great job during our stay. The manager met us on departure and even provided a driver to take us to the airport for our flight home. Overall we had a fabulous time at the Park Royal and look forward to returning soon."
