Even thought Expedia gave me a hard time with changing the date of my booking, when my sister and I arrived to the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful to open our booking again. They gave us a room on the top floor in the corner, so it was quiet and we had easy access to the beautiful roof top on the 9th floor.
