"Amazing experience, very good and well-staffed team and manager Mr Wael pays great attention to every detail. I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well. "The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs."

"We loved this place! Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony seating area. A/C throughout the property was strong and refreshing after spending time out in the summer heat. The buffet restaurant had delicious food everyday! My husband got his most favorite haircut ever at the spa. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, gym, and snorkeling alcove that is shared between the other Jaz hotels next door. So relaxing yet so much to do! Hope to come back another time."

"I went back to the Jaz Lamaya having been 4 times before the covid outbreak, and was pleasantly surprised to see the standards of service and quality of the properties & ameneties were still of a high standard and all the staff very friendly. They also catered for my Gluten Free requirements."
