My only critiques would be the Smart TV was not working properly which we reported and was never fixed or mentioned during our stay. In addition, I made three requests for wine tastings but no one from the hotel ever followed up with us. We felt that a 5-Star Property would have had a better trained staff with regard to follow-up on guest requests. ...
