"Staff at the property were well trained but the staff at the spa were not at the same level. Think it is not operated by Fairmont and it shows in the service and cleanliness. It is pretty expensive for a poor experience. People that came in after us decided to leave as it did not “meet the experience they were looking for” Restaurant food was excellent. "I love this property - the spa, infrared sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, regular pools, taco bar, Shante at front desk, the rooms, the EV chargers, the bikes. my only complaint was that i left my credit card during my trip at the main restaurant and no one notified me - despite having my exact name on the card - which would be expected at this high end of a resort."

"The hotel was perfect for our one night anniversary trip. They had everything. Fantastic, hot tub, fire pits, amazing commentary, breakfast, lots of snacks, complementary wine tasting… And everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Oh I almost forgot about the commentary shuttle service to anywhere in Yountville, the relaxed live music in the evening and at breakfast… Just wow all around"

"This is a first class property. The service was impeccable. The cottages are comfortable, clean and modern. Everyone was focused on our every need. The farm to table food was delicious and healthy. It’s so quiet and private. The spa was top notch. It was also just a 15 minute ride to downtown where there are shops and the wine train. The tasting room was great with selections of wines and whiskeys, I loved it here!"
