Gym- fill the automatic disinfectant station or leave wipes. You feel a bit grimey as there is no way to clean anything before or after using. "Staff needs training. It does not take 2-3 staff people to wait on one guest. This makes it difficult for other guests to get help. Certainly the staff was friendly, but organizing how this works would be an improvement. In our “Junior Suite” the toilet switch kept getting stuck and the “refresh” should have replaced old halogen lights with soft LEDs because the halogens cause heat. "These villas are private and spacious, which is great when you are traveling with family or friends. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, top-notch service! The villas are not directly on the beach, but are a short walk from Crocus Bay, which had phenomenal snorkeling and a great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The views from the villas perched on the hillside are remarkable. "
