"Stylish, luxury hotel close to Deansgate. The room (business executive) was well-designed, spacious, and light-filled, overlooking the River Irwell. The public areas were stylish and relaxing, and unusually, the corridors on the guest room floors felt wide and bright, making the space feel welcoming and uplifting. The bed was perhaps a tiny bit on the firm side for my preference and the shower could have been a little more powerful. The air conditioning was audible through the night too....

"lovely apartment hotel...would have expected better toiletries in the bathroom. The toiletries were not official white company ones as stated on their website. Would have expected other things too, like cotton buds, spare tooth brush etc. But on the whole a good stay. Car parking at the nearby q park, is very expensive, works out to £18 a day. Wished I'd parked elsewhere and then got an uber to the hotel. Would have been much cheaper."

"Stayed to celebrate my wife’s birthday for one night. We stayed in the inner sanctum suite. Champagne bottle wrapper found down the side of the sofa on arrival, reported to housekeeping and was asked if we wanted them to hoover!! Erm…. Yes please!! Staff were all very friendly apart from one lady we encountered in the rooftop terrace who was lacking a friendly smile. If you don’t like elevators then I wouldn’t stay here, there are two and they are extremely small and dark, also the reception is...
