Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room.
