The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. "The location is good. The accomodation itself was great. The room and bathroom new, comfortable and practical. It looks like a traditional hanok but we wanted a bed and this option was great for us. My only issue is that it was very hard to check in. When we arrived no one was there, I called the number in my booking and they told me to go back at three. I went back at three and still no one was there. Another guest arrived and told us they had booked in a different platform and they were given checkin instructions as it was self-checkin. We never got these instructions through Expedia. So I would suggest the owners check and make sure to contact Expedia guests with instructions too. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space. "
