"My problem with this hotel was a resort fee of $50 per night and $27 for self parking. These hidden fees are ridiculous. I told the woman at the desk I had no time to enjoy the resort so why am I paying for it. Why do we have to pay for self parking? PLEASE STOP ROBBING PEOPLE!!! "

"The property was amazing, but it came down to. I extended my stay an extra day paid in full upfront and then they locked me out of my room because they said there was a fee for resort that was not paid not by my problem. It’s just I hadn’t been to the front desk. I was in the same room that I was in so I wasn’t like leaving without it but to lock my door and then I have to be taken by personnel up to my room so that I can get my wallet out totally embarrassing, and very unprofessional of them"

"We’ve stayed at Tradewinds many times.. this visit was excellent. The majority of the staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. Our Bellhop was David. He had gone out of his way several times to make our stay better.. the coffee bar in the main lobby has the best coffee I have ever tasted! We went down there every morning and were served by a super friendly staff.. the Italian restaurant served amazing food… best breakfast around! We look forward to our next Tradewinds visit…"

"Hidden gem! This resort was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed having separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a full sized kitchen and (even though it was too cold this time of year) the pool looked beautiful! I was apprehensive about having no self parking and having to call for a ride each time we needed to leave, but the bell service was prompt! "

"The service at the front desk was excellent, Brian attended to us and helped us. Guadalupe the housekeeper was very kind and helpful. The breakfasts at Jimmy's were very delicious."
