"Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous! "The Matauwhi Bay Manor was the most magnificent vacation holiday place we have ever stayed in.The ground was stunning with gardens, trees, and “bush” surrounding this large Manor House. The views in three directions where of the beautiful Matauwhi Bay with picturesque boats anchored all the way around. The interior of the manor felt like we were staying in Downton Abbey.
