It is a long way from walking street but plenty of buses to take you there for 10 baht . Can’t think of any areas that deserve criticsm and I am struggling ~ there are parties at weekends but hotel is big and I was not bothered but my room was not in that area. "

"The staff and service is really good. They are very polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. But the lock of the door is broken and as a 5-star hotel/ residence, I‘d expect more amenities in room such as free water(refill which usually have at all 5-star hotel I‘ve been) or toothbrush in room. Breakfast is okay but during weekend where they have many guests, the staff is not enough and causing slow service. Food run out and there‘s no refill. Weekday, food option is not as much...
