"Beautiful property. Our room, with balcony, was lovely. Only suggestion...when we arrived there was a tour group of at least 75 people who got to the front desk just before us. With only one receptionist checking each of them individually, it was over an hour before we could check in. When a group like that is expected, at least one other receptionist should be available. Other than that one thing, we greatly enjoyed our stay here."

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "
