"Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!"

"The staff were fantastic and so friendly! It was a very busy weekend with the flower bloom. I had higher expectations for the Pendry on cleaning and attention to details as my room felt slightly dirty and the hallways always had something gross on the floors, but nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay. Bar Pendry was a memorable evening, and the fitness facility was top notch. Moonraker is great for a view but service is slow so just be prepared for longer wait times. A great few days for my visit...

"We enjoyed our stay. The corner room was spacious, great daylight, comfortable bed and it actually had an amazing shower and by that I mean the water PRESSURE was great! We went for the Cherry Blossoms. The hotel was very neat, clean, and smelled amazing. It was quite the uber ride to the museums and monuments. The restaurants in the area were plentiful and delicious. We'd definitely stay again. "

On this visit I was unfortunately stricken with a bug that prevented me from checking out on time and they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I cannot say how much I appreciated their care and concern. "

"There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other...
