"From check in to check out, staff are all welcoming and has displayed great hospitality. Lounge staff has always been nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, with premium facilities. We are looking forward to check in again in the near future. The only comment that I can give is that guests are not allowed to access the breakfast buffet when they have booked for a lounge access option. For some other hotels/resort guests have the option to access breakfast buffet guests that have lounge access."

"I’m very happy I chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet, excercise room, outdoor swimming pool is humongous and very clean, rooms are modernized and very spacious, couch, warm shower, sink, coffee and water in room, very quiet and dark when needed to sleep from a 24 hour flight itinerary, air conditioning works fabulous, free shuttle to airport, close to airport, can purchase lunch and dinner.. I would recommend a stay here…. I have no complaints.. "

"Tranquil and comfortably safe place. Your only issue is your front desk people, who need much training and guidance. Please improve greeting guests as if special items. During my check-in, a lady in the morning didn't even say good morning, which is a simple thing to do. I was tired and had no sleep from travel, and yet no conversation uplifting my mind. Worst was looking at me as if "Why did you come this 7 am early? Knowing the check-in is at 2 pm per the hotel's rule. Thank you."
