"The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. "I booked the hotel not expecting the focus on Ayurveda treatment to be so strong. Once I realized that this was a top Ayurveda facility, I adjusted my expectations. I consulted and got a free massage. The massage was truly transformative. The hotel staff is wonderful! The food is great! The other guests were very friendly.
