All staff were extremely polite, to a degree when it became almost annoying: "Good morning, how are you, is there anything I can do for you?". Unclear when the currency exchange office was open. Rich breakfast with lots of choices, including hot courses."

"The owners and employess work really hard to ensure you have a pleasant and enJOYable stay. You can have dinner at the hotel or directly across the street at their restaurant. I appreciated that they don't play loud music late into the night. The breakfast was really good: there's juice, hot food, cereals and baked goods. Dinner is a bit expensive, but that is to be expected at a hotel along the coast. BW does a decent job of keeping their area of the beach clean--folks have to do a better job...
