I must say I did not enjoy my stay in a mixed 8 people dorm as much as the female 4 or mixed 4 or even the 2 person dorm because of the unbelievable lack of respect of so many people concerning night time noise, odours, lack of hygiene, having the sound and notifications on their phones loud all evening and night long. "Updated older property. We rented one of their larger rooms and were surprised that our room did not have AC however other rooms in the hotel did have AC. Shower was nice and had a large jet tub however we did not have time to use it. The breakfasts that we had at the hotel were fine with plenty to eat at buffet style breakfast."

"We had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown. It has jacuzzi, pool, sauna gym and what not. Located at a convenient location. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent location. No A/C for the private units and when the West sun beams into the room, it gets uncomfortably hot. This is only an issue in the heat of summer, of course. Also, people running on the wooden porch outside is heard (loudly) in the rooms."
