"Our rooms and staff were amazing . The staff was super friendly . Our room was clean and renovated.The only area I would step up is the food for the a la carte restaurants. It was still a buffet and food was not good. Drinks were very syrupy and not good quality . "

Perfect environment for families with young children. "Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". "Great pool and on a nice beach. Hotel lobby great Rooms average. Patio for room had gaps which let people smoke drift in while you were sunbathing which really spoilt relaxing by the pool. Rooms are now well sound proofed either"
