"We stayed in the adults only area which was lovely. We had our own private pool and the room was very spacious. We had no issues with getting sunbeds around the pool in this area but I know those in the main part of the hotel did have. However the sunbeds were the most uncomfortable I have ever come across and whilst the room accommodated three of us, there were only ever two sunbeds on our private patio, despite us asking for another one three times. It is a bit farther from the city centre which makes cab rides a bit more expensive but there is also a bus stop right...

"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no.
