"Lovely accommodation, castle rooms felt a little tired but the bathrooms were excellent. The drawing room space is a wonderful retreat. The bar is not staffed as often as I’d expect and it was occasionally challenging to get a mid morning coffee. The spa staff were pretty unfriendly about small children coming through the entrance due to treatments taking place but they have set children’s swim time of 9-10 and 4-5 so these policies and practices seemed at odds with one another."
