"It was a pleasure to stay once again in this superb hotel. Very traditional with an excelent service, bar and restaurants. The spa is magnificent with an indoor pool and a heated area outside. Free shuttle service to Gstaad including from and to the train station."

Management company provided excellent service and went out of their way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon. Added bonus was the housekeeping. "We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "
