Steam rooms are open to all resort guests. The free breakfast was delicious with iberian ham included. The on site vineyard wine tasting was great too. Nice museum-like display told the history of douro valley vineyards."

"Nice view, rooms are great but the services are not there. Probably under staffed and under trained teams, while super nice people, it was not the experience you expect at a 5 stars hotel. Also several area appear to be unfinished such as the outdoor pool, probably the worst. "
