"Our experience was amazing. We had two rooms one for our teenage boys and one for us. The staff was overly accommodating as they gave us two rooms next to each other. The property is well maintained, centrally located, and within walking distance to the Brandenburg gate. "

Breakfast was fine and plenty of choice. Pool and sauna suite were top class. Loved the location, Potsdamer Platz, with most things walkable. Quite a costly hotel but I recommend it."

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
