"I happened to stay here under the most extraordinary circumstances - the night of the Spain/Portugal power outage in April 2025. I was lucky enough to have booked a room, but when I arrived (at midnight!) there were 50-70 stranded travelers from the nearby Chamartin station scattered throughout the lobby. They had nowhere to go, and while the hotel was fully booked, they still provided comforters for those travelers so they would not have to sleep outside, or at the station (hundreds more had done so that night). The consideration they made in those extraordinary circumstances was an incredible display of compassion, and alone warrants 5 stars from me."

"Fantastic property and very friendly staff. About a 5 minute walk to the metro and 30 second walk to the bus stop which was so convenient. The only negative is that there are no convenient restaurants near the hotel, but there is a good grocery store about 2 min away. "
