" Iit was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. Our room was clean, spacious, The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel's amenities, e.g., pool, gym, restaurant were great, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend Dusit Thani Mactan to anyone visiting Cebu It's a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. Rating: 5/5 stars"

The no tipping policy is great and even without it the service is top notch. Very impressive. The food options feel somewhat limited and I wouldn’t say I would stay for the food. "Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great."

"Very dated resort that clearly is not so popular any more. All f&b closes 8.30pm. no house keeping unless you explicitly ask. A lot of mosquitoes and no repellent. Pretty far away from everything worth visiting including restaurants. Better off staying in Lapu-Lapu."
