"The one piece of feedback that I have for this hotel is to not put perfume on the carpets in the hallways. It appeared that they were using some kind of perfume in the hallways which is not good for customers with breathing problems. "Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with small changes every day but enough choice to suit everybody. While Uber was recommended we walked into...

"There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. The level of customer service from all members of staff is exemplary. The interior design throughout the hotel is amazing and the locality is ideal as it enables you to escape the crowds and noise of central Porto without missing the scenery. The dining experience in the Dona Maria restaurant should also not be missed as the views alone along with the food, wine and service are excellent (both breakfasts and dinner)."
