"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. We went for new year and the hotel was right near the park where the Lisbon winter wonderland was so it was an easy walk to that. It was also an easy walk to the city centre. The area is quite hilly but we were fine with our grippy shoes. We often spent time in the evening at the bar with some wine and port too. Although we didn’t eat, the food looked lovely from what we saw others eating. Our room was lovely. Nice and spacious. Relatively clean. "

"First and foremost I want to say the staff at this hotel is fantastic. Top notch. The rooms need work: our bathroom was so small it was hard to manoeuvre for one person, let alone two. The light switches were too complicated to use. No plugs by bed. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop terrace is small but nice; staff on rooftop less accommodating than rest of hotel. Staff at front desk made up for everything. Location is good. Housekeeping goes above and beyond. "

"What a wonderful location. It was unexpected that everyday the hotel lobby offered pastries, wine, and flavoured water. We were always asked if there was anything that we needed to make our stay more comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat excellent value for the money! "
