"We've stayed here quite a few yearns now for Xmas and it's always been a bit hit and miss. It's not a bad hotel, but it somehow never seems to live up to the 5 stars. Service can be spotty, and the rooms have some very guest unfriendly features. For example, there's a table in every room that can be used to control a lot of the in-room functions, but the hotel also sends notifications to it daily at around 7am. So, unless you want to be woken up at 7am, make sure to drop the tablet into a drawer...
