"Generally the hotel is fine. The service is superb. The rooms are very small. Even with an upgrade to a DeLuca room there was not much space at all, è speciale for a mountain resort. The Soa also need a upgrading and better management. But the service is so amazing, it compensate a for it all"

"Lovely view from the room / balcony of Mont Blanc. However, the balcony was tiny - only fit 1 chair, but still nice to have as a solo traveler. Staff was courteous and room was clean."

"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. "On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. "Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs. "
