"We stayed 3 nights and liked everything about the property. We could not find any slot in A la Carte restaurants , this could be improved by property. Anyway , the food quality and the variety was more than enough in Main Restaurant. "

"What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. "The resort was wonderful! Lots of outdoor space and plenty of outdoor seating for all meals. My toddler had a great time in the pools, at the beach and on the playground. "Overall good but small. Also during my stay it was overcrowded and unable to find seats/beach beds by the pool or at the beach. Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. I was over it and decided to hang around the resort rather than go to experience another trouble. "

"What a disappointing hotel it was! It is dated and desperately needs total refurbishment. The food is an insult to Turkish Cuisine. It seems that the same food is served night after night, and the food is hardly edible. Those filthy plate mats, chipped plates and old coffee machines should be replaced at once. "La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
